Under our franchise agreement, you operate your hotel independently under one of The Verda’s established brands while benefiting from our comprehensive brand expertise and services. In return, you pay a franchise fee to The Verda. Management Contract
With a Management Agreement, The Verda takes charge of operating your hotel, bringing in our operational expertise to manage your property over the long term. In this model, management fees are paid based on revenue and operational profits. Your hotel becomes part of our powerful brand network, gaining:- Strong brand recognition and trust in the market.
